How do I register with Gamecues?
Simply click on the "register" hyperlink, which is located on both the top right-hand side of the homepage and the player. You will first need to specify which type of account you'd like to register (private or licensed) and then complete the short registration form - detailing your account preferences.
What is the difference between a "private" user and a "licensed" user?
A private user is anyone using Gamecues content for personal or non-commercial use. A licensed user is therefore, anyone licensing content for purposes of commercial development or resale.
How will I know when my account has been set-up?
You will receive an e-mail notification immediately upon registering, either containing a hyperlink to activate your new account or notification that your account is still pending approval.
What is the process for approving new licensed users or accounts?
All requests for new licensed users will be verified based on the information submitted during the registration process. We may contact you directly, should we require any additional information. Please note that this only applies to new "licensed" user accounts and not, in fact, to any private user requests.
EXISTING ACCOUNTS
What do I do if I forget my username, password or both?
Click on the "forgot account info" tab, enter your e-mail address and we'll resend everything back to you.
What do I do if I need to change any of my "settings" - such as my billing information or mailing address?
Click on the "account settings" tab in the upper right-hand corner, where you can change or edit any of your settings.
